A peaceful village in the middle of the forest, guarded by the ancient spirit known as the Great Deku Tree. In this village dwells the Kokiri, a race of childlike immortals hidden away from all the troubles of the world. It is here that the majority of the fairies dwell as well.

A place in the Lost Woods that, as the name implies, is sacred to the Kokiri. A confusing maze leading to an old abandoned area. Anyone who is not of the forest is most definitely not welcome here, and you can expect the forest itself to take issue with you if you don't belong. Trespassers will be dealt with severely.
